Polly Wanna Medal

While taking a breather from writing the book for NaNoWriMo, or working, or anything else productive, I found out that my stint for Radio Free Blogathon won the award for Best Audio Project at the 2005 Blogathon Awards.

It's a cool honor, and one I don't intend to let go to my head. Especially since I couldn't have done it without Lindsey's help, since the Live365 software was allergic to half of the files I tried to play during the four-hour shift. She kept funneling me MP3s as fast as I could play them. So, the award belongs to her as much as me.

I hope we get to do the streaming radio broadcast again next year. Then again, I hope I can muster up the strength to do Blogathon 2006, as last year's took a lot of me. It was worth it, though, as we raised a significant amount of money for the American Cancer Society.
